ASAP Water Damage Restoration is a restoration operations company — not a referral hotline. Since 2015, ASAP Water Damage Restoration Today LLC has coordinated emergency water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, and fire/smoke restoration for homeowners across Indiana and Ohio.
What we do
When a pipe bursts at 2 a.m. or a basement floods after a storm, families need a trained crew on site — not a sales script. Our live dispatch team routes emergencies to IICRC-certified technicians who arrive with truck-mounted extraction, commercial dehumidification, and the documentation insurers expect.
We built this company around three commitments homeowners told us matter most:
- Speed with standards — average metro dispatch in 45–60 minutes, following IICRC S500 (water) and S520 (mold) protocols.
- Insurance fluency — moisture logs, photo documentation, and Xactimate-compatible scopes so carriers can approve mitigation without delay.
- Local accountability — metro operations centers in major Ohio and Indiana markets, with technicians who know regional housing stock, soil drainage, and carrier preferences.
Our history
ASAP Water Damage Restoration began in Columbus, Ohio, after our founders spent years in field restoration and saw a gap: homeowners were calling national 800-numbers and getting transferred between call centers while water spread through their floors.
We invested in regional dispatch, direct insurance relationships, and technician training instead of advertising arbitrage. Today we operate coordinated metro hubs across Indiana and Ohio, with the same quality bar whether you are in Delaware County suburbs or Marion County townships.

View profile →Industry standards we follow
Every emergency we coordinate is governed by published industry standards — not internal checklists:
- IICRC S500 — water damage restoration (extraction, drying, antimicrobial application)
- IICRC S520 — mold remediation and containment
- EPA mold guidance — response thresholds for occupied residences
- State contractor licensing — Ohio and Indiana home-improvement and restoration requirements
