Michael T. Reynolds has spent 14 years responding to water damage, fire, and mold emergencies across Ohio and Indiana. As Operations Director for ASAP Water Damage Restoration, he oversees contractor network standards, response protocols, and insurance coordination across our Ohio and Indiana service areas. Michael holds IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certifications and has worked directly with adjusters from every major Ohio and Indiana insurance carrier. He is personally familiar with the Scioto River flood patterns affecting Columbus neighborhoods, the Great Miami River basin dynamics in Cincinnati, and the lake-effect ice dam risks that threaten Cleveland area homes every winter.
